Refund and Returns Policy Overview

This refund and returns policy explains how VIC Product Picks handles returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

First, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from delivery. Therefore, after 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Thus, we encourage you to check your items as soon as they arrive.


Eligibility for Returns

In addition, you can return an item if it:

  • Is unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Is in its original packaging

  • Includes a receipt or proof of purchase

Also, we accept returns only for items that are:

  • Damaged when they arrive

  • Defective

  • Shipped incorrectly

Items We Cannot Accept for Returns

However, we cannot accept returns for:

Therefore, if you return an item that does not meet these rules, we will not refund it. Thus, please double-check the item before sending it back.

  • Items show obvious signs of use

  • Opened media products like CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records

  • Items damaged or missing parts because of customer handling

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Also, partial refunds may help cover items with minor defects that are not our fault.


Refund and Returns Policy – How Refunds Work

After we receive your return, we will inspect it. Then, we will email you to approve or reject your refund.

If we approve your refund:

  • We will send the money to your original payment method

  • Please note, shipping fees are not refundable

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the item

After approval, we will send the same item as a replacement. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions.


Returning Items by Mail

You must get return authorization before sending any item.

  • Customers pay for return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are not refundable

  • Also, for expensive items, we recommend a tracked shipping service

  • Moreover, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered items

Therefore, always use a reliable shipping method when returning items.


Refund and Returns Policy – Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive store credit equal to the item’s value

However, if the item was not marked as a gift:

  • We will refund the original purchaser
